About our platform

Easy Accessibility

bioscience2 can be accessed through a light weight web application, an existing SharePoint portal or directly through Windows File Explorer.

With a structured front end with direct access to the right information, the users won't get lost in too many programs and menu options.

No intensive training is required before you start using the platform.

If you can access the internet, you can access the platform.

Connect with your partners and collaborators

In a hosted format, the bioscience2 platform will have a single connection to your network and infrastructure. Access for all your partners and collaborators is handled in a secure and rapid manner.

Advanced connection filtering can be used to avoid unauthorized access to the system.

Data protection through multiple encryption methods

Content is transferred using HTTPS protocol (SSL). This ensures your data is encrypted and decrypted during transfer.

The content is stored in a dedicated and encrypted file store. Each bioscience2 file store uses its own private key so your data remains private.

bioscience2 protects your content against illegal and unauthorized data alterations.

As long as necessary

Do you only need a working area for a limited time? This can be set-up as well. For example, for collaboration projects on a certain trial or compound.

A secure working area will be created with the necessary access for collaborators providing them with the right documents and for as long as it is needed.

Tailored functionality

The system is able to communicate with different document management systems(FirstDoc, FirstPoint, SCORE, Documentum, SharePoint,...). Standard connectors ensure the communication between your system and the platform.

The bioscience2 platform can be used for investigator portals, exchange with CROs, co-development partnerships and many more; offering specific functionality for each case.
